How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time varies depending on where in the world you want the package shipped to.

Here is a list of our estimates:

Ireland 3 - 4 business days

United Kingdom 6 - 12 business days

If a few extra days have passed and your order's still not with you, it's worth heading down to your local post office for a friendly visit. Delivery cards have been known to go missing, so, it could turn out that your parcel has been waiting for you all along.

When will I receive my order- and shipping confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to your email within a few minutes after we have shipped it. It may have ended up in junk mail so please have a look there. If not, just contact us at MyArtyFarty@mail.com and we'll sort it out for you. You may have entered the wrong email address (this happens quite often).

Your shipping confirmation should be sent to you within 2 days. If you haven't received the confirmation by then, please contact us and we'll sort it out.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Kerry, Ireland. Each package is carefully packed with love by one of us❤️.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at MyArtyFarty@mail.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.

We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all the information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

My order has already been shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by our fulfilment centre. What you can do is that you contact your local shipping provider once the package is in the destination country. Ask them to reroute your package and they should be able to fix it for you. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do from our end once the package has left our warehouse.

Our Return & Refund Policy...

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Return in original packaging and unused condition. Once we receive the returned item myartyfarty will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
