Back in December 2020 I was diagnosed with tongue cancer. This year has been very difficult, I have had 8 sessions of chemotherapy and 35 sessions of radiotherapy which has left me weak and very anxious. I think I am over the worst of it but still receiving treatment, Cancer will always live with me. A massive thank you to all the medical staff, Doctors, Nurses and everyone else who helped me through this difficult year - I can not Thank You enough ! This is when Geraldine bought me my first Paint By Numbers kit. I was very sceptical at the time. It turned out it was just what I needed to help me relax and perfect for taking my mind away from my thoughts. I am a bit addicted these days! We decided in August 2021 to set up a small family business to sell these Art Therapy Painting by Numbers Kits. If we can help and benefit people who have the same problems with relaxation, stress as I did, it would not have all been for nothing. Increase self esteem and develop a greater self awareness. Art therapy helps us take our minds off things - helps us to relax and unwind from stress.
